Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days Australia-wide, starting from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, regional locations, or unforeseen postal delays.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We hope you enjoy HorseWyse Magazine, but if you wish to cancel your subscription or request a refund, please review our policy below:

 

1. Subscription Cancellation

   - Cancellations made after payment has been processed will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of that period.

 

2. Refund Policy

   - Refunds are only available for subscription cancellations made within 7 days of the initial payment.

   - No refunds are issued for single-issue purchases or issues already dispatched.

   - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

 

3. Damaged or Missing Issues

   - If you receive a damaged issue or do not receive your copy within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at editor@horsewyse.com.au within 30 days of the expected delivery date for a replacement.
